    DCTEC has more than 60 R&D engineers with over-arching knowledge and background in the domestic power supply enterprises, 25 percent of which have obtained masters degree. With over 10 years of R&D experience, many high quality facilities, and patented circuitry ensure the quality and reliability of our products.

  DCTEC has established and optimized the circuit model database and R&D experience, and applies the combined management mode of design experience modularization with experience in R&D. Using advanced technology of flat board volt-regulation, full bridge phase-shifting and LLC resonant transformation, DCTEC designs the product with THERMO-SIMULATION software—FLOTHERM, which helps to analyze the transient temperature of high-power component, calculate the condition of the air flow and the temperature, optimize the design for heat-sinking, shorten the R&D period and improve the reliability and MTBF.

   There are four units in R&D department. Unit one is responsible for the design of power supply of telecommunication equipments; unit two for radio communication equipments; unit three for embedded communication equipments and industrial equipments; unit four for special equipments such as military and medical equipments.

   At present, DCTEC cooperates with the Electrical Engineering School of Zhejiang University and becomes the experimentation base of technological development of Ph.D candidates at Zhejiang University.
